 Perusahaan Publik
                                             i. Bahwa sampai dengan tanggal diakhirinya Perjanjian Kerja
                                             Sama, belum ada kesepakatan Para Pihak mengenai nilai
                                             kontrak atas Perjanjian Kerja Sama tersebut;

                                             ii. Sehubungan dengan belum disepakatinya nilai kontrak
                                             sebagaimana disampaikan pada poin (i) di atas, maka sampai
                                             dengan tanggal diakhirinya Perjanjian Kerja Sama, proyek
                                             kerja sama pengembangan infrastruktur sistem komunikasi
                                             kabel bawah laut belum dimulai atau dilaksankan oleh Para
                                             Pihak, sehingga belum ada modal kerja atau biaya operasional
                                             yang secara nyata dan material ditimbulkan oleh Perseroan;

                                             iii. Sebagai tambahan informasi, sebagai bentuk mitigasi
                                             Perseroan sehubungan dengan hilangnya kontrak atau
                                             berakhirnya Perjanjian Kerja Sama di atas, Perseroan tengah
                                             melakukan pendekatan dengan pihak lain untuk melakukan
                                             kerja sama strategis lainnya yang mana saat ini sudah
                                             memasuki tahap final dan akan diinformasikan kepada publik
                                             pada kesempatan pertama.

Informasi Lain

i. Antara Perseroan dan Hawaiki sebagai pihak-pihak yang disebutkan dalam Keterbukaan Informasi ini, tidak memiliki
hubungan afiliasi ii. Informasi yang disampaikan dalam Keterbukaan Informasi ini merupakan informasi yang
diungkapkan Perseroan guna memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang
Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik ii. Informasi yang disampaikan
dalam Keterbukaan Informasi ini merupakan informasi yang diungkapkan Perseroan guna memenuhi ketentuan

 Description of Material Information or        i. On November 2, 2021, the Company and Hawaiki
 Facts                                         Submarine Cable Limited Partnership, a company registered in
                                               New Zealand, having its address at Level 3, 125 The Strand,
                                               Auckland 1010, New Zealand ("Hawaiki"), signed a
                                               Cooperation Agreement for a submarine cable communication
                                               system infrastructure development project connecting
                                               Australia, Indonesia, Singapore and the United States
                                               ("Cooperation Agreement"). Upon obtaining the Cooperation
                                               Agreement, the Company has published the public disclosure
                                               through the OJK-IDX Electronic Reporting System as
                                               contained in the Company's letter number:
                                               066/MTI/CORSEC/EXT/XI/2021 dated November 3, 2021.

                                               ii. On September 25, 2023, in accordance with the agreement
                                               of the Parties, the Company and Hawaiki agreed to terminate
                                               the Cooperation Agreement, where the termination procedure
                                               is carried out in accordance with the termination provisions
                                               stipulated in the Cooperation Agreement and does not conflict
                                               with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.

                                               i. Until the date of termination of the Cooperation Agreement,
                                               there has been no agreement between the Parties regarding
                                               the contract value of the Cooperation Agreement;

                                               ii. In connection with the unagreed contract value as stated in
                                               point (i) above, until the date of termination of the Cooperation
                                               Agreement, the cooperation project for the development of
                                               submarine cable communication system infrastructure has not
                                               been started or implemented by the Parties, so that there has
                                               been no working capital or operational costs that are actually
                                               and materially incurred by the Company;

                                               iii. For additional information, as a form of the Company's
                                               mitigation in connection with the loss of the contract or the
                                               termination of the Cooperation Agreement above, the
                                               Company is approaching other parties to conduct other
                                               strategic cooperation which is currently entering the final stage
                                               and will be informed to the public at the first opportunity.

i. Between the Company and Hawaiki as the parties mentioned in this Public Disclosure, there is no affiliation. ii.
