Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia Tbk (Perusahaan
atau Ashmore) mengumumkan pelepasan sebagian besar
kepemilikan sahamnya di Buka Investasi Digital (BID) pada 14
September 2023 dengan nilai yang tidak material. Melalui
transaksi tersebut, Ashmore menjual 87.709 saham BID atau
setara 17% modal saham BID kepada Bukalapak, salah satu
perusahaan e-commerce lokal terkemuka di Indonesia,
seharga Rp50 miliar sehingga menghasilkan keuntungan
investasi sebesar Rp7 miliar.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Ashmore akan tetap menjadi pemegang 3% saham BID dan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Bukalapak akan memiliki 97% saham BID (sebelumnya 80%).

Description of Material Information or PT Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia Tbk the (Company
Facts or Ashmore) announces the partial disposal of its equity stake
in Buka Investasi Digital (BID) on 14 September 2023 that is
not material in value. Through the Transaction, Ashmore has
disposed of 87,709 BID shares, equivalent to approximately
17% of the share capital of BID, to Bukalapak, one of the
leading home-grown e-commerce companies in Indonesia, for
Rp50 billion, which results in a Rp7 billion gain on investment.
Impact of event, material information or Ashmore will remain a 3% shareholder in BID and Bukalapak
facts towards Issuers or Public will own 97% of BID (previously 80%). Ashmore plans to use
Company’s operational activities, legal, the proceeds of the sale to support the ongoing development
financial condition, or going concern of its product range and to invest further in enhancing its
distribution capabilities.
