                                Nilai transaksi investasi saham pada PT TEMAS ENERGY
                                bukan merupakan transaksi material sesuai dengan POJK
                                No. 42/POJK.04/2020, dikarenakan tidak melebihi 20%
                                ekuitas Perseroan berdasarkan laporan keuangan
                                perusahaan tahun buku 2022.

                                    business unit PT TEMAS ENERGY, based in Jakarta.

                                      20% of the Company's equity based on the financial
                                      statements for the 2022 fiscal year.
