Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sepanjang tahun 2025, CBDK mencatat pendapatan sebesar
Rp2,5 triliun, meningkat 11% secara tahunan, sementara laba
bersih yang dapat diatribusikan kepada entitas induk
mencapai Rp1,4 triliun, tumbuh signifikan 48% YoY. Kinerja ini
turut diikuti oleh peningkatan profitabilitas yang kuat, dengan
margin laba kotor mencapai 66% dan margin laba bersih
meningkat menjadi 54%, mencerminkan kualitas pendapatan
yang semakin solid. Pencapaian tersebut didukung oleh
komposisi produk yang semakin optimal serta kemampuan
CBDK dalam memonetisasi portofolio aset dan
pengembangan kawasan, seiring meningkatnya kontribusi
produk dengan margin tinggi di kawasan PIK2, khususnya di
distrik bisnis CBD PIK2.

Description of Material Information or Throughout 2025, CBDK recorded revenue of IDR2.5 trillion,
Facts representing an 11% year on year increase, while net profit
attributable to the parent entity reached IDR1.4 trillion, growing
significantly by 48% YoY. This performance was accompanied
by strong profitability improvement, with the gross profit margin
reaching 66% and the net profit margin increasing to 54%,
reflecting increasingly solid earnings quality. This achievement
was supported by a more optimal product mix and CBDK
ability to monetize its asset portfolio and area development, in
line with the growing contribution from high margin products
within the PIK2 area, particularly in the CBD PIK2 business
district.
