berdasarkan keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Obligasi tanggal 21 Agustus 2023 yaitu dengan nilai pokok sebesar Rp
300.000.000.000 dan nilai bunga yang akan jatuh tempo sebesar Rp 7.031.250.000. Sumber dana atas pelunasan lebih
awal ini berasal dari Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Pyridam Farma Tahap II Tahun 2023 ( Obligasi Tahap II ) yang mana dana
Obligasi Tahap II kami terima pada tanggal 20 September 2023.

PT Pyridam Farma Tbk ("Company" or "we") has prepared early repayment funds for the principal and interest of the
2020 Pyridam Farma I Bonds ("Bonds") which will be implemented on 29 September 2023 based on the decision of the
General Meeting of Bondholders on 21 August 2023, namely with a principal value of IDR 300,000,000,000 and the
interest value that will mature of IDR 7,031,250,000. The source of funds for this early repayment comes from Pyridam
Farma Continuous Bonds I Phase II Year 2023 ("Phase II Bonds") of which we received the Phase II Bond funds on
September 20, 2023.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
