On September 26, 2023, The company will distribute MTN (Medium Term Notes) in the amount of IDR 550,000,000,000 (five hundred and fifty billion Indonesian Rupiah) issued based on the Deed of Agreement on the Issuance and Appointment of Monitoring Agent for the Medium Term Notes of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk Year 2023 No. 16 dated September 21, 2023, executed before Dr. Dewi Tenty Septi Artiany, S.H., M.H, M.Kn., a Notary in Jakarta. MTN is issued in fixed interest rate of 6.246 (six point two percent) per annum and has a term of 370 (three hundred seventy) days from the distribution date. 4 Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik / Impact of such material fact to the opeartional activities, legal, financial condition, or business continuity of the Issuer or Public Company. Penerbitan MTN 2023 akan memberikan dukungan finansial yang lebih baik terhadap kondisi keuangan Peseroan, sehingga memberikan dampak positif bagi kegiatan usaha Perseroan./ The issuance of MTN 2023 will provide better financial support to the Company financial condition, thus having a positive impact on the Company's business activities. 5 Keterangan lain-lain / Other information » Nilai dari penerbitan MTN 2023 adalah kurang dari 20 ekuitas Perseroan berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan tanggal 30 Juni 2023 (Tidak Diaudit) dan untuk periode enam bulan yang berakhir pada tanggal tersebut, sehingga transaksi penerbitan MTN 2023 sebagaimana dimaksud di atas bukan merupakan transaksi material sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha./ The issuance amount of MTN 2023 is less than 2096 of the Company's eguity based on the Company's Consolidated Financial Statements as of June 30, 2023 (Unaudited) and for the six-month period ending on that date.
