tanggal 21 September 2023 perihal Keputusan atas
Pengangkatan Anggota Direksi dan Anggota Dewan Komisaris
PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk.
Adapun Surat OJK tersebut menerangkan bahwa OJK telah
memutuskan untuk menyetujui pengangkatan:
1. Sdr. Saladin D. Effendi sebagai Direktur Information
Technology;
2. Sdr. Grandhis Helmi Harumansyah sebagai Direktur Risk
Management;
3. Sdr.Muliaman D. Hadad sebagai Komisaris Utama
merangkap Komisaris Independen; dan
4. Sdr. Abu Rokhmad sebagai Komisaris.
