Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 22 September 2023 - Jatis Mobile (JATI)
mengumumkan kemitraan strategisnya dengan Tencent
Cloud, bisnis cloud dari perusahaan teknologi global Tencent
untuk menyediakan layanan cloud yang stabil dan aman untuk
untuk menyediakan layanan cloud yang stabil dan aman untuk
berbagai industri dan membantu bisnis dalam mengatasi
tantangan digital di Indonesia.
Sebagaimana diketahui, Jatis Mobile (JATI) resmi
mencatatkan saham perdana atau IPO (initial public offering)
di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode emiten JATI pada
tanggal 8 Mei 2023. Hingga saat ini Jatis Mobile (JATI) terus
berupaya untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya dalam melayani
kebutuhan Enterprise dari berbagai sektor industri melalui
kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak. Salah satunya adalah
dengan Tencent Cloud.
Tencent Cloud adalah bisnis komputasi awan milik Tencent,
perusahaan internet dan teknologi terkemuka dunia dengan
keahlian kuat dalam game, teknologi audio dan video, serta
layanan FinTech. Saat ini, Tencent Cloud menyediakan lebih
dari 400 teknologi dan solusi konektivitas yang mendukung
transformasi digital tingkat perusahaan melalui jaringan
infrastruktur globalnya, yang mencakup lebih dari 26 wilayah
geografis dan 70 zona ketersediaan, termasuk dua pusat data
di Jakarta, Indonesia.
Di tengah tren semakin meningkatnya penggunaan teknologi
cloud di era modern, perusahaan-perusahaan di Tanah Air
masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan dan kendala dalam
melakukan transformasi digital. Salah satu keuntungan utama
komputasi awan adalah skalabilitas. Bisnis di Indonesia terus
tumbuh dan berkembang, sehingga para pelaku bisnis
membutuhkan infrastruktur TI yang dapat dengan cepat
beradaptasi terhadap perubahan. Komputasi awan

Selain layanan Cloud, kolaborasi ini menghadirkan eKYC
(Electronic Know Your Customer) dan solusi layanan
SuperApp melalui Tencent Cloud Mini-Program Platform.
Layanan eKYC membantu memberikan solusi verifikasi
identitas yang efisien dan akurat untuk memastikan keamanan
bisnis dan dapat dengan mudah diintegrasikan melalui SDK
aplikasi, HTML5, atau API. Sementara itu, Platform Mini-
Program Tencent Cloud menghadirkan platform seluler atau
aplikasi web yang dapat menyediakan berbagai layanan,
termasuk pembayaran dan pemrosesan transaksi keuangan
yang mencakup semua perdagangan independen dan
komunikasi platform online. Platform Program Mini Tencent
Cloud menggunakan teknologi yang divalidasi oleh
Weixin/WeChat, aplikasi komunikasi dan sosial terbesar di
Tiongkok, dengan lebih dari 1,3 miliar pengguna aktif bulanan

dan lebih dari 7 juta program mini didalamnya.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, September 22, 2023 - Jatis Mobile (JATI) announced
Facts its strategic partnership with Tencent Cloud, the cloud
business of global technology company Tencent, to provide
stable and secure cloud services for various industries and
help businesses overcome digital challenges in Indonesia.
As is known, Jatis Mobile (JATI) officially listed its initial shares
or IPO (initial public offering) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
with the issuer code JATI on May 8, 2023. Until now, Jatis
Mobile (JATI) continues to strive to develop its business in
serving the needs of various companies in the industrial sector
through collaboration with various parties, including Tencent
Cloud.
Tencent Cloud is the cloud computing business of Tencent, a
world-leading internet and technology company with strong
expertise in games, audio and video technologies, and
FinTech services. Currently, Tencent Cloud provides more
than 400 technologies and connectivity solutions that support
enterprise grade digital transformation through its global
infrastructure network, covering more than 26 geographic
areas and 70 availability zones, including two data centers in

Platform is using technology validated by Weixin/WeChat, the
largest communication and social application in China, with
over 1.3 billion monthly active users and more than 7 million
mini programs .
