Emptive Rights (as amended by OJK Regulation No.
14/POJK.04/2019) and BEI Circular Letter Number SE-
00002/BEI/03-2020 dated March 2, 2020 regarding
Procedures for the Implementation of the Share Ownership
Program, we hereby submit the disclosure of information
concerning the implementation of the Company MESOP II as
follows:
Exercise Period: 30 exchange days since October 2nd, 2023 -
November 10th, 2023.
Pre-determined Exercise Price: Rp189,- per shares
Total Options Converted during this Exercise Period: The
maximum Options that can be converted during this Exercise
Period is 4.019.592.620 shares. Any unconverted Options at
the end of this Exercise Period can be exercised in the
