Procedures for the Implementation of the Share Ownership
Program, we hereby submit the disclosure of information
concerning the implementation of the Company MESOP I as
follows:
Exercise Period: 30 exchange days since October 2nd, 2023 -

Pre-determined Exercise Price: Rp783,- per shares
Total Options Converted during this Exercise Period: The
