Merujuk pada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris
Perusahaan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa
berdasarkan Keputusan Direksi PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (“Perseroan”) tanggal
18 September 2023, Perseroan menetapkan Sdr. Susanto sebagai Sekretaris Perseroan
terhitung sejak tanggal 19 September 2023.
Referring to the Regulation of the Financial Services Authority No. 35/POJK.04/2014
concerning Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Company and based on the Decision
Letter of the Board of Directors of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (the “Company”)
dated as of 18 September 2023, the Company hereby announces the appointment of
Mr. Susanto as a Corporate Secretary of the Company effective from 19 September 2023.
