Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menyetujui rencana pengurangan modal pada
salah satu anak usaha Perseroan yaitu PT Karsa Darma
Berkarya yang merupakan usaha patungan dengan PT Bina
Indo Nawasena. Setelah pengurangan modal, modal dasar
usaha patungan menjadi Rp 400.000.000,00 (empat ratus juta
rupiah) dan modal disetor dan ditempatkan menjadi Rp
100.000.000,00 (seratus juta rupiah). Tidak ada perubahan
pada proporsi kepemilikan saham pada anak usaha tersebut.

Description of Material Information or The Company had agreed to the plan on reduction of capital
Facts on one of its subsidiary namely PT Karsa Darma Berkarya,
which is a joint venture company with PT Bina Indo Nawasena.
After the capital reduction, the authorized capital of the joint
venture company becomes Rp 400.000.000,00 (Indonesian
Rupiah four hundred million) and its issued and paid up capital
becomes Rp 100.000.000,00 (Indonesian Rupiah one hundred
million). There is no change on the shareholding composition
in said subsidiary.
