Bapak Fendy Wijaya selaku pemegang saham Perseroan merupakan pihak yang memiliki hubungan afiliasi dengan Pemilik Manfaat (beneficial owner), yaitu Bapak Ferriyady Hartadinata selaku Komisaris Perseroan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, kepemilikan saham Bapak Fendy Wijaya dalam tabel Jumlah Saham Scrip dan Scripless berdasarkan Tipe dan Klasifikasi Investor diklasifikasikan ke dalam kategori Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris untuk menghindari penghitungan ganda (double counting) atas kepemilikan saham. 2.
