Dengan ini diinformasikan bahwa mata acara
ketiga Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Tahunan (RUPST) PT. Hatten Bali Tbk
(“Perseoan”) yang telah diseleggarakan pada
tanggal 19 Juni 2023 telah memutuskan hal-hal
sebagai berikut :
Menyetujui pemberian Kuasa kepada Dewan
Komisaris Perseroan untuk menunjuk Kantor
Akuntan Publik untuk mengaudit atas buku-
buku Perseroan untuk Tahun Buku yang
berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023
sekaligus memberikan kuasa kepada Dewan
Komisaris Perseroan untuk menetapkan
honorarium dan persyaratan-persyaratan lain
sehubungan dengan penunjukan Kantor
Akuntan Publik tersebut.
Sehubungan dengan keputusan RUPST
tersebut, maka Dewan Komisaris Perseroan
telah menunjuk Akuntan Publik Terdaftar
dan/atau Kantor Akuntan Publik
Rama Wendra yang akan melakukan audit
informasi keuangan historis tahunan posisi

Fiscal Year 2023
Dear Sir,
We hereby informed that based on the third
agenda of Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders ("AGMS”) of PT. Hatten Bali
Tbk, (the "Company”) hels on 19 June 2023,
resolved the following:
Approved the granting of power of attorney to
the Company's Board Commissioners to
appoint a Public Accounting Firm to audit the
Company 's books for the Fiscal Year ending
December 31, 2023, as well as granting power
of attorney to the Company's Board of
Commisoners to determine the honorarium
and other reguirement proposed by
appointmenr of the office the public
accountant.
We hereby informed that the Company's Board
of Commisioners has appointed a registered
Public Accountant and/or Public Accounting
Jirm of Rama Wendra, that will conduct an
audit of the Company's annual historical

“ Si HATTEN WINES tahun buku 2023 Perseroan berdasarkan Keputusan Dewan Komisaris nomor 070/HB/IX/2023 tanggal 14 September 2023, dengan mempertimbangkan Rekomendasi dari Komite Audit Perseroan berdasarkan Surat Rekomendasi Komite Audit Nomor 069/HB/IX/2023 tanggal 13 September 2023. Menindaklanjuti keputusan RUPST tersebut, pada tanggal 20 September 2023, Direktur Perseroan telah menandatangani Engagement Letter nomor RW/23/2773 dengan KAP Rama Wendra dalam rangka audit atas informasi keuangan historis tahunan untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023, dengan keterangan sebagai berikut : on Decision of The Board of Commissioner of the Company number 070/HB/IX/2023 dated September 14 2023, by considering the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee based on the Recommendation Letter Number 069/HB/IX/2023 dated 13 September 2023. Actualize the AGMS resolution as aforementioned above, on September 20,2023, the Company's Director has signed the Enggagement letter number RW/23/2773 with Rama Wendra, with regards to do the audit of the annual historical financial information for Jiscal year ending on 31 December 2023, with the following information: 1.
