Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara ("AMNT"), anak
perusahaan PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk. ("AMMN")
menandatangani Perjanjian Pendahuluan ("Heads of
Agreement/HOA") dengan PT Pertamina (Persero) guna
memastikan pasokan liqufied natural gas ("LNG") untuk
pembangkit listrik tenaga gas dan uap ("PLTGU") baru milik
AMNT untuk mendukung kebutuhan energi atas operasional
smelter tembaga yang dibangun oleh PT Amman Mineral
Industri ("AMIN"), anak perusahaan AMMN.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak penandatanganan HOA adalah kepada kepastian
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pasokan LNG PLTGU AMNT, untuk mendukung kebutuhan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, energi untuk operasional fasilitas smelter tembaga dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pemurnian logam mulia, perluasan pabrik pengolahan
Perusahaan Publik (processing plant), dan penambagan Fase 8.
Laporan informasi atau fakta material ini dibuat sesuai dengan
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015
tentang Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh
Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik.

Description of Material Information or PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara ("AMNT"), a subsidiary of
Facts PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk. ("AMMN") signed of
Heads of Agreement ("HOA") with PT Pertamina (Persero) to
ensure a steady supply of liqufied natural gas ("LNG") for
AMNT's upcoming combined cycle power plant ("CCPP") to
support energy supply for copper smelter operations which is
being constructed by PT Amman Mineral Industri, ("AMIN"), a
subsidiary of AMMN.
Impact of event, material information or The impact of signing the HOA is for the steady supply of LNG
facts towards Issuers or Public to AMNT's CCPP to support energy provision for the
Company’s operational activities, legal, operations of copper smelter and precious metal refinery
financial condition, or going concern facilities, expanded processing plant, and Phase 8 mining.
This report of information or material facts is made in
accordance with the provisions in the Financial Services
Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 on
Transparency of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or
Public Companies.
