Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material The Financial Times Stock Exchange baru-baru ini melakukan
penyesuaian berkala pada indeksnya. Langkah ini telah
mengeluarkan PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MSIN atau
Perseroan) dari indeks ekuitas globalnya dan mengakibatkan
pergerakan harga saham yang cukup signifikan pada MSIN
yang berlangsung kemarin. MSIN sebelumnya masuk dalam
kategori Mid Cap dan per tanggal 18 September 2023, MSIN
telah di keluarkan dari indeks tersebut, sehingga
mengharuskan beberapa reksadana yang mengacu pada
indeks tersebut harus melakukan perubahan pada portofolio
mereka.
Namun, fluktuasi harga saham yang terjadi kemarin ini tidak
ada hubungannya dengan fundamental MSIN. MSIN terus
berfokus untuk meningkatkan dan memperluas bisnisnya agar
dapat terus memenuhi tuntutan publik dan mempertahankan
posisinya sebagai Perusahaan media dan hiburan terbesar
dan terintegrasi di negara ini.

Description of Material Information or The Financial Times Stock Exchange has just recently
Facts conducted a periodic adjustment on its indexes. This move has
excluded PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MSIN or The
Company) out from its global equity index and therefore
resulting a movement on MSINs share price yesterday. MSIN
was previously included in the Mid Cap category and as of 18
September 2023, MSIN has been removed, causing several
index funds to carry out their respective portfolio rebalancing.
However, the recent fluctuation of share price has nothing to
do with the companys fundamental and performances. MSIN
continues to focus in further improving and expanding its
businesses to cater to the publics demands and maintain its
position as the largest and most integrated media and
entertainment group in the country.
