Sudirman Kav. 52-53 MEDCOENERGI Uraian Informasi atau Fakta ”— Material / Description of Material Information or Facts TTerkait Perjanjian Pinjam Meminjam antara Perseroan dengan MEGS tanggal 19 September 2023, dimana Perseroan bertindak sebagai Peminjam dan MEGS sebagai Pemberi Pinjaman dengan nilai pinjaman sebesar maksimum USD 5.500.000, - (lima juta lima ratus ribu Dolar Amerika Serikat) yang akan berlaku hingga tanggal 31 Desember 2026 / In relation to the Intercompany Loan Agreement between the Company and MEGS dated 19 September 2023, that the Company acts as the Borrower and MEGS as the Lender with the maximum loan value of USD 5,500,000 (five million five hundred thousand United States Dollar) which will be valid until 31 December 2026.
