Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Waskita Karya Realty (WKR) merupakan anak perusahaan
Perseroan dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 99,99%
(sembilan puluh sembilan koma sembilan sembilan persen).
Sehubungan dengan surat WKR No. 359.1/WSKR/DIR/2023
tanggal 18 September 2023 perihal Penundaan Pembayaran
Kupon (Deffered Coupon) Medium Term Notes III PT Waskita
Karya Realty, dapat disampaikan sebagai berikut:
Bahwa Pemegang MTN adalah pemegang dan/atau pemilik
yang sah atas Medium Term Notes III WKR
Tahun 2022 Tahap I s/d IV (MTN III WKR 2022) yang telah
diterbitkan PT Waskita Karya Realty dengan
jumlah keseluruhan sebesar Rp475.000.000.000,- (empat
ratus tujuh puluh lima miliar Rupiah); Bahwa WKR, PT Bank
Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB) dan
Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Jasa (Kospin Jasa) telah:
- Menyetujui untuk penundaan pembayaran kupon MTN III
WKR 2022 Tahap I s/d IV selama 1
(satu) periode kupon (3 bulan);
- Menyetujui perubahan terhadap Perjanjian Penerbitan MTN
dan Perjanjian lainnya yang terkait dengan Perjanjian
Penerbitan MTN (apabila ada) sehubungan dengan keputusan
penundaan pembayaran kupon MTN III WKR 2022.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan dilakukannya penundaan pembayaran kupon MTN III
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan WKR 2022 diharapkan akan memberikan dampak yang baik
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, bagi kondisi keuangan WKR.

Description of Material Information or PT Waskita Karya Realty (WKR) is a subsidiary of the
Facts Company with share ownership of 99.99% (ninety nine point
nine nine percent).
In connection with WKR letter No. 359.1/WSKR/DIR/2023
dated 18 September 2023 regarding Postponement of
Deffered Coupon Payments for Medium Term Notes III of PT
Waskita Karya Realty, can be conveyed as follows:
That the MTN Holder is the legal holder and/or owner of
WKR's Medium Term Notes III
2022 Phase I to IV (MTN III WKR 2022) which has been
issued by PT Waskita Karya Realty with
total amount of IDR 475,000,000,000 (four hundred and
seventy five billion Rupiah); That WKR, PT West Java and
Banten Regional Development Bank (BJB) and the Jasa
Savings and Loans Cooperative (Kospin Jasa) have:
- Approved to postpone the payment of MTN III WKR 2022
Phase I to IV coupons for 1 (one) coupon period (3 months);
- Approve changes to the MTN Issuance Agreement and other
agreements related to the MTN Issuance Agreement (if any) in
connection with the decision to postpone the payment of the
2022 MTN III WKR coupon.
Impact of event, material information or the postponement of WKR 2022 MTN III coupon payments will
facts towards Issuers or Public have a positive impact on WKR's financial condition.
