Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan keputusan Direksi Perseroan yang telah disetujui
juga oleh Dewan Komisaris Perseroan pada hari Senin,
tanggal 18 September 2023, telah diputuskan untuk:
- membagikan dividen interim sebesar Rp272.
253.037.210,- (dua ratus tujuh puluh dua miliar dua ratus lima
puluh tiga juta tiga puluh tujuh ribu dua ratus sepuluh Rupiah)
kepada pemegang saham Perseroan yang terdaftar dalam
Daftar Pemegang Saham Perseroan pada tanggal pencatatan
(recording date).
- setiap saham akan memperoleh pembagian dividen
interim sebesar Rp77,- (tujuh puluh tujuh Rupiah) per saham.

Description of Material Information or Based on the decision of the Company's Board of Directors
Facts which was also approved by the Company's Board of
Commissioners on Monday, September 18, 2023, it has been
decided to:
- distributed interim dividends amounting to Rp.
272,253,037,210, - (two hundred seventy-two billion two
hundred fifty-three million thirty-seven thousand two hundred
and ten Rupiah) to the Company's shareholders registered in
the Company's Register of Shareholders on the recording date
- each share will receive an interim dividend of IDR 77, -
(seventy-seven Rupiah) per share.
