Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan surat OJK No.S-2299/PM.21/2023
tanggal 7 September 2023 yang kami terima tanggal 14
September 2023 perihal Konfirmasi Keterlambatan
Penyampaian Laporan Keberlanjutan 2022 PT Pratama Widya
Tbk, berikut kami sampaikan penjelasan atas keterlambatan
tersebut.
Keterlambatan terjadi karena waktu pengerjaan terpotong libur
lebaran. PT Pratama Widya Tbk (Perusahaan)
memberlakukan libur lebaran dari tanggal 19 April 2023 - 2 Mei
2023, langkah ini diambil untuk mendukung Pemerintah dalam
mencegah kemacetan arus mudik dan balik.
Perusahaan tidak menggunakan pihak ketiga dalam
pembuatan Laporan Keberlanjutan. Seluruh desain dan konten
dikerjakan oleh internal Perusahaan. Untuk menjaga kualitas
Laporan Keberlanjutan, Perusahaan membutuhkan waktu
yang cukup panjang untuk pengerjaannya. Dengan adanya
libur panjang di bulan April 2023, waktu pengerjaan menjadi
berkurang, menyebabkan keterlambatan. Sebelumnya
Perusahaan tidak pernah terlambat dalam menyampaikan
Laporan Keberlanjutan, Perusahaan berkomitmen untuk
memperbaiki kekurangan tersebut di tahun selanjutnya.

operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Description of Material Information or In connection with OJK letter No.S-2299/PM.21/2023 dated
Facts September 7, 2023 which we received on September 14, 2023
regarding Confirmation of Delay in Submission of 2022
Sustainability Report of PT Pratama Widya Tbk, we hereby
submit an explanation for the delay.
The delay occurred because the work time was cut off by the
Eid holiday. PT Pratama Widya Tbk (the Company) imposed
Lebaran holiday from April 19, 2023 - May 2, 2023, this step
was taken to support the Government in preventing congestion
in the homecoming and return flows.
The Company did not use a third party in the preparation of the
Sustainability Report. All design and content is done by the
Company's internal staff. To maintain the quality of the
Sustainability Report, the Company takes a long time to work
on it. With the long holiday in April 2023, the processing time
was reduced, causing delays. Previously, the Company has
never been late in submitting the Sustainability Report, the
Company is committed to improving the shortcomings in the
following year.
