Referring to the letter from PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No: S-07849/BEI.PP2/09-2023 dated 15
September 2023 regarding Reguest for Explanation of the News in Mass Media “AGO Names
3 Suspects for Corruption in MBZ Toll Road Project”, we hereby provide an explanation of the
news as follows:

1. Clarification of the news.

a. The truth of the news.
This news was conveyed in a press conference by the Attorney General of the Republic
of Indonesia on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, regarding the increase in suspect
status regarding the alleged criminal act of corruption on the MBZ Flyover.

However, until now this case is still in the process of further investigation by law
enforcement, so the Company respects all ongoing legal processes and is still waiting
for further processing of this case.

On the same day, Jasa Marga also submitted a press release in response to the
statement from the Indonesian Attorney General's Office and was published in a
number of mass media.

b. Background tothe case.
Based on the information obtained, the naming of suspects was based on the allegation
of unlawful acts in the form of conspiracy in arranging tender winners that benefited
certain parties, hence indicating detrimental acts to state finances. However, law
enforcers are still carrying out further investigations of the case.

subsidiary, PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek.
The Company emphasizes that the ongoing legal case has no impact on the
Company's activities, both operationally and financially. The Company also ensures
that the case will not affect the performance or business plan of the Company in the
future.

d. Efforts that will be conducted by the Company in relation to the case, if any.
The Company respects applicable legal decisions and is committed to supporting the
ongoing legal processes by being cooperative during the investigation involving former
employees of the Company.

2. Other important information/events that are material and can affect the survival of the
company and can affect the company's share price.
