B.    CHAIRMAN OF THE MEETING:
      The meeting was chaired by Mrs. MARTHA INTAN YAPUTRA, as the President Commissioner based on Article 22 paragraph 1 number (1) of the Articles of
      Association and the Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Company, dated 14 September 2023

C.    MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS AND THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT THE MEETING:

D.    SHAREHOLDERS ATTENDANCE QUORUM:

      For all agenda items of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the quorum provisions as stipulated in the provisions of Article 23 paragraph 2 number (1) letter
      (a) and letter (c) of the Company's Articles of Association apply, and Article 41 paragraph (1) letter (a) and letter (c) Regulation of the Financial Services
      Authority Number 15/POJK.04/2020 concerning Plans and Implementation of a General Meeting of Shareholders of a Public Company, that a Meeting can
      be held if the Meeting is attended by more than 1/2 (one half) of the total shares with valid voting rights present or represented. And the resolutions of the
      Meeting are valid if approved by more than 1/2 (one half) of the total shares with voting rights present at the Meeting.

      Shareholders who attended the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders totaled 1.643.924.021 (one billion six hundred forty three million nine hundred twenty
      four thousand twenty one) shares or represented 34.587% (thirty four point four eight six percent) of the 4.752.982.978 (thirty four point five hundred eighty-
      seven percent) shares which are all of the Company's shares that have been issued by the Company. Therefore, this Meeting cannot be held so that this
      Meeting cannot make binding decisions.

Thus the summary of the minutes of this meeting was prepared as presented in the Meeting.
