Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Penjualan segmen furniture dan building component memiliki
korelasi yang tinggi dengan pasar properti. Dikarenakan
penjualan Perseroan yang didominasi ekspor terutama ke
pasar AS dan dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat suku bunga
kredit perumahan AS yang mencapai lebih dari 7%
menyebabkan permintaan produk building component dan
furniture melambat ditahun 2023.
Dengan mempertimbangkan hal-hal tersebut diatas,
Perseroan dengan ini menurunkan target Penjualan di
2O23FY turun sebesar 45-50% YoY.
Namun dengan dilakukannya beberapa efisiensi biaya
produksi, Perseroan masih dapat menjaga agar labar bersih
Perseroan masih dapat tumbuh.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak material terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan

Description of Material Information or Sales of the furniture and building component segments have
Facts a high correlation with the property market. Because the
Company's sales are dominated by exports, especially to the
US market and taking into account the US mortgage rate
which reaches more than 7%, demand for building component
and furniture products will slow down in 2023.
Taking into account the matters above, the Company hereby
lowers its sales target in 2O23FY to drop by 45-50% YoY.
However, by implementing several production cost efficiencies,
the Company could still maintain the growth of net profit.
