Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa lanjutan proses persidangan permohonan PKPU
dengan Nomor Perkara 263/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst terhadap Perseroan telah
digelar pada hari Selasa, tanggal 12 September 2023 dengan
dihadiri oleh pihak Kuasa Pemohon (Mewakili PT Asri
Kemasindo) dan pihak Kuasa Termohon (Mewakili Perseroan)
dengan agenda sidang pemeriksaan legalitas dari Pemohon
dan Termohon.
Dalam sidang tersebut, Pemohon dan Termohon telah
menyerahkan administratif dan legalitas kepada Majelis
Hakim.
Kemudian Majelis Hakim menetapkan sidang selanjutnya akan
diadakan pada hari Selasa, tanggal 19 September 2023
dengan agenda masih dengan pemeriksaan lanjutan
administratif dan legalitas dari Termohon dan jawaban
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dapat kami sampaikan bahwa dengan adanya pengajuan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan permohonan PKPU tersebut, tidak memiliki dampak yang
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, signifikan terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keuangan dari Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or That the continuation of the trial process for the PKPU
Facts application with Case Number 263/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst against the Company was held
on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, attended by the Petitioner's
Attorney (Representing PT Asri Kemasindo) and the
Respondent's Attorney (Representing the Company) with an
agenda to examine the legality of the Petitioner and
Respondent.
The Petitioner and Respondent submitted administrative and
legal matters to the Panel of Judges during the trial.
Then the Panel of Judges determined that the next hearing
would be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, with the
agenda continuing to include further administrative and legal
examination of the Respondent and the Respondent's
