                                              Hasil Pembelian Kembali Saham Perseroan ini dibuat untuk
                                              memenuhi ketentuan:
                                              1.      Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) No.
                                              30/POJK.04/2017 (POJK No.30/2017) tentang Pembelian
                                              Kembali Saham yang Dikeluarkan oleh Perusahaan Terbuka
                                              2.      Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) No. 13
                                              Tahun 2023 (POJK No.13/2023) tentang Kebijakan Dalam
                                              Menjaga Kinerja Dan Stabilitas Pasar Modal Pada Kondisi
                                              Pasar Yang Berfluktuasi Secara Signifikan

                                              Sebelumnya, Perseroan telah melakukan pembelian kembali
                                              saham sebanyak 23.990.700 saham (Saham Tresuri).

                                              Selanjutnya, Perseroan berencana untuk melakukan
                                              pengalihan/penjualan seluruh Saham Tresuri melalui metode
                                              penjualan di luar Bursa Efek.

                                              Sesuai dengan POJK No.30/2017 Pasal 23, Perseroan harus
                                              mengumumkan keterbukaan informasi kepada masyarakat
                                              dan menyampaikan bukti pengumuman dan dokumen
                                              pendukungnya kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan paling lambat
                                              14 hari sebelum dilaksanakannya penjualan saham hasil
                                              pembelian Kembali sebagaimana yang dimaksud dalam Pasal
                                              17 huruf a.

                                              1.       Regulation of Financial Services Authority (OJK) No.
                                              30/POJK.04/2017 (POJK No.30/2017) concerning the Buyback
                                              of Shares Issued by Public Companies
                                              2.       Regulation of Financial Services Authority (OJK) No.
                                              13 Year 2023 (POJK No.13/2023) concerning Policies for
                                              Maintaining Capital Market Performance and Stability in
                                              Significantly Fluctuating Market Conditions.

                                              Previously, the Company has bought back with a total of
                                              23,990,700 shares (Treasury Stock).

                                              Furthermore, the Company plans to transfer/sell all Treasury
                                              Stock through outside Stock Exchange method.

                                              In accordance with POJK No. 30/2017 Article 23, the
                                              Company must announce information disclosure to the public
                                              and submit proof of announcement and supporting documents
                                              to the Financial Services Authority no later than 14 days prior
                                              to the sale of shares as intended in Article 17 letter a.
