Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam usaha perbaikan kondisi Perusahaan, kami senantiasa
melakukan penyesuaian-penyesuaian serta evaluasi atas
kegiatan-kegiatan Perusahaan dan kebijakan-kebijakan yang
kami lakukan. Salah satu aspek evaluasi termasuk antara lain
dampak atas perkembangan teknologi dan kebijakan dan
peraturan Pemerintah terkait peralihan menuju siaran berbasis
teknologi digital terestrial.
Adapun salah satu hasil dari penyesuaian dan evaluasi
tersebut ditindaklanjuti dalam bentuk pengelolaan sumber
daya manusia, dimana Perusahaan mempertimbangkan
kembali kinerja dan kebutuhan pada setiap bagian/divisi
dengan tetap memperhatikan prioritas-prioritas Perusahaan
untuk tetap dapat memberikan dampak yang positif bagi
Perusahaan dan masyarakat luas.
Dengan segala pertimbangan, Perusahaan memutuskan untuk
melakukan perampingan karyawan yang akan mempengaruhi
sekitar 30% (tiga puluh persen) dari total karyawan
Perusahaan. Perusahaan menyadari bahwa keputusan ini
bukanlah keputusan yang mudah bagi Perusahaan. Oleh
karena itu dalam pelaksanaannya, Perusahaan akan
senantiasa memperhatikan seluruh ketentuan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku.
Selain itu, Perusahaan juga memastikan bahwa langkah
keputusan ini tidak akan mempengaruhi kegiatan usaha
Perusahaan termasuk seluruh anggota grup Perusahaan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi atau fakta material ini tidak berdampak material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or In our effort to improve the Company's condition, we
Facts continuously review, evaluate and adopt the Company's
activities and policies. One such key evaluation is in relation to
the Government policies and regulations regarding compulsory
migration to digital terrestrial transmission technology.
One of the outcomes of these evaluations is in the form of
human resource management, where the Company re-
evaluates the performance and needs of each
department/division while taking into account the Company's
continuing priorities to provide a positive impact to the
Company and the wider community.
With all considerations in mind, the Company has decided to
carry out a downsizing of the workforce that will affect
approximately 30% (thirty percent) of the total workforce of the
Company. The Company acknowledges that this decision is
not easy for the Company. Therefore, in its implementation,
the Company will always comply with the laws and regulations
applicable.
The Company also ensures that this decision will not affect the
Company's business activities, including all subsidiary
companies within the Company group.
