PRESS RELEASE PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. Menandatangani MOU dengan PT Sosial Teknologi Indonesia untuk Perkuat Bisnis Pada Rabu tanggal 13 September 2023, PT Jasnita Telekomindo, Tbk. (JAST) menandatangani MOU Kolaborasi Sales Public Cloud dengan PT Sosial Teknologi Indonesia (SOTECH), salah satu Distributor Besar dalam pemasaran public cloud di Indonesia. Sebagaimana diketahui, bahwa saat ini salah satu core bisnis JAST adalah sebagai penyelengara solusi contact center bagi korporasi, pemerintahan, dan UKM. Beberapa korporasi yang menjadi client utama JAST antara lain BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, Mandiri Inhealth, Grab dan lain-lain, yang memiliki nasabah atau pelanggan yang sangat besar, produk yang bermacam-macam serta kanal customer service yang beragam, meliputi kanal voice, chat, dan media sosial seperti WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram dan lainnya. JAST telah berhasil mengembangkan solusi teknologi yang canggih untuk melayani penyelenggaraan customer service bagi para pelanggan para nasabah / pelanggan korporasi. Selain itu, JAST menyediakan solusi bagi penyelenggaraan contact center bagi instansi pemerintahan seperti Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual, SDPPI, APTIKA, BAKTI, Komite Ombusdman, Kementerian Keuangan, dll. Untuk pemerintahan Daerah, saat ini JAST telah bekerja sama dalam pemberian solusi penyelenggaraan layanan panggilan darurat 112 dengan lebih dari 80 Kabupaten dan Kota. Adapun SOTECH, merupakan salah satu partner Distributor terbesar Alibaba Cloud Indonesia. Dalam event Partners Award & Appreciation Dinner 2023 yang diselenggarakan Alibaba Cloud tanggal 9 Agustus 2023 lalu, SOTECH berhasil meraih sebagai Best Technical Support. Disamping sebagai salah satu Distributor terbesar Alibaba Cloud, SOTECH juga merupakan distributor bagi 3 pemain besar Public Cloud di Indonesia. Melalui kolaborasi sales public Cloud ini, diharapkan JAST dapat semakin memperkokoh bisnisnya dalam melayani para klien baik dari sektor korporasi maupun pemerintahan. Hal ini terbukti dengan telah adanya beberapa permintaan dari klien JAST untuk melayani kebutuhan public cloud mereka, baik cloud dalam fungsi sebagai Infrastructur as a Service (IAAS), Platform as a Service (PAAS), maupun Software as a Service (SAAS). PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. Sign MOU with PT Sosial Teknologi Indonesia to Strengthen Business On Wednesday 13 September 2023, PT Jasnita Telekomindo, Tbk. (JAST) signed an MOU for Public Cloud Sales Collaboration with PT Sosial Teknologi Indonesia (SOTECH), one of the largest distributors in public cloud marketing in Indonesia. As is known, currently one of JAST's core businesses is providing contact center solutions for corporations, governments and SMEs. Several corporations that are JAST's main clients include BPJS Employment, BPJS Health, Mandiri Inhealth, Grab and others, which have very large customers, various products and various customer service channels, including voice and chat channels. , and social media such as WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram and others. JAST has succeeded in developing sophisticated technological solutions to provide customer service for corporate customers.
