Mentah untuk kepentingan Medco Energi Global Pte. Ltd.
(MEG), anak perusahaan yang seluruh sahamnya dimiliki oleh
Perseroan.
Terkait uang muka Jual Beli Transaksi Minyak Mentah yang
diberikan Glencore dengan nilai maksimum USD 100,000,000
(seratus juta Dollar Amerika Serikat) kepada MEG, Perseroan
memberikan penjaminan serta penanggungan atas
pemenuhan kewajiban MEG dalam perjanjian tersebut.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi

Deed of Guarantee and Indemnity between the Company and

Description of Material Information or Deed of Guarantee and Indemnity between the Company and
Facts Glencore Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Glencore), in relation to the
advance payment of the crude sales transaction, for the
benefit of Medco Energi Global Pte. Ltd. (MEG), a wholly-
owned subsidiary owned by the Company.
In relation to the advance payment of the crude oil sales
transaction, provided by Glencore in the maximum amount of
USD 100,000,000 (one hundred million United States Dollars)
to MEG, the Company provides guarantee and indemnity on
the obligation performance of MEG in such agreement.
