menandatangani PPJB sehubungan dengan rencana
Perseroan untuk melakukan transaksi pembelian tanah-tanah
sebagai berikut:
a. 34 (tiga puluh empat) bidang tanah milik PKP yang
terletak di Propinsi Jawa Barat, Kabupaten Karawang,
Kecamatan Ciampel, Desa Kutanegara, dengan total luas +
2.086.775 m2; dan
b. 8 (delapan) bidang tanah milik PCI, yang terletak di
Propinsi Jawa Barat, Kabupaten Karawang, Kecamatan
Ciampel, Desa Kutanegara, dengan total luas + 1.133.718 m2.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penandatanganan PPJB ini tidak memiliki dampak terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi Perseroan.
