Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material Type of Material Information or Facts Pelunasan Pokok serta Pembayaran Bunga Kedua Belas dari Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap II Tahun 2020 Seri B (“Obligasi”) termasuk dalam kategori Informasi atau Fakta Material berdasarkan Pasal 6 butir (m) POJK No. 31/2015. Repayment of Principal and Twelfth Interest of Bonds Continuation I Merdeka Copper Gold Phase II Year 2020 Series B (“Bonds”) is categorized as Material Information or Facts in accordance with Article 6 point (m) OJK Regulation No. 31/2015. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material Information or Facts Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah melaksanakan pelunasan Obligasi dengan rincian sebagai berikut: 1. Nilai Obligasi Jumlah Obligasi yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 9 September 2023 tersebut terdiri dari: a. Pokok Obligasi sebesar Rp151.000.000.000,00 (seratus lima puluh satu miliar Rupiah): dan b. Bunga Kedua Belas Obligasi sebesar Rp3.869.375.000,00 (tiga miliar delapan ratus enam puluh sembilan juta tiga ratus tujuh puluh lima ribu Rupiah). 2. Jumlah Pelunasan Obligasi Jumlah pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga kedua belas Obligasi adalah sebesar Rp154.869.375.000,00 (seratus lima puluh empat miliar delapan ratus enam puluh sembilan juta tiga ratus tujuh puluh lima ribu Rupiah) serta telah dibayarkan pada tanggal 11 September 2023 kepada para pemegang Obligasi oleh PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia sebagai Agen Pembayaran yang telah ditunjuk oleh Perseroan. 3. Sumber Pendanaan Sumber pendanaan yang digunakan oleh Perseroan untuk melunasi pokok dan membayar bunga kedua belas Obligasi berasal dari dana yang diperoleh oleh Perseroan dari hasil penerbitan Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap III Tahun 2023. 4. Tujuan Transaksi Tujuan dilaksanakannya transaksi tersebut adalah agar Perseroan dapat melakukan pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran bunga kedua belas dari Obligasi yang telah jatuh tempo tersebut. We hereby inform that the Company has repaid its Bonds with detail as follows: 1. Amountof Bonds: The total amount of Bonds that matured on 9 September 2023 consists of the following composition: a. Principal Amount of Bonds in the amount of IDR151,000,000,000.00 (one hundred fifty one billion Rupiah), and b. Twelfth Bonds' Interest in the amount of IDR3,869,375,000.00 (three billion eight hundred sixty nine million three hundred seventy five thousand Rupiah). 2

Total of Bonds' Repayment The total repayment of principal and twelfth interest of Bonds is in the amount of IDR154,869,375,000.00 (one hundred fifty four billion eight hundred sixty nine million three hundred seventy five thousand Rupiah) and has been repaid to the bonds' holders on 11 September 2023 by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia as the appointed Paying Agent of the Company. 3. Source of Fund The fund utilized by the Company to repay the principal and twelfth interest of Bonds was derived from the fund received by the Company from the result of issuance of Bonds Continuation IV Merdeka Copper Gold Phase III Year 2023. 4. The Purpose of the Transaction The purpose of this transaction is for the Company to repay the matured principal and twelfth interest of Bonds. 4 Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan Impact of such material information or facts on the Company's operational, law, financial — condition — or business continuity Dengan dilakukan pelunasan atas pokok dan pembayaran bunga kedua belas Obligasi tersebut maka seluruh kewajiban Perseroan atas Obligasi tersebut telah berakhir. Selanjutnya, tidak ada dampak material lain atas pelunasan pokok dan bunga kedua belas Obligasi terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. By repaying the Bonds' principal and twelfth interest, the Company's obligation related to the Bonds has concluded. Furthermore, it does not have any other material impacts on the repayment of the principal and twelfth interest of Bonds to the Company's operational, law, financial condition, or business continuity. 5.
