dan pengalaman, independen terhadap Perseroan dan terdaftar di OJK. Adapun, Perseroan telah terlebih dahulu
menggunakan jasa Akuntan Publik dan Kantor Akuntan Publik dimaksud untuk audit laporan keuangan Perseroan untuk
periode tahun buku yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2022.

The consideration in deciding to reappoint Public Accountant Daniel Amdhani and Public Accounting Firm Purwantono,
Sungkoro and Surja (member firm of Ernst Young Global Limited) to audit the Company's financial reports for the 2023
Financial Year period, because the Public Accountant and the Public Accounting Firm are parties who have competence
and experience, independent to the Company and registered in OJK. Meanwhile, the Company has previously used the
services of the Public Accountant and the Public Accounting Firm to audit the Company's financial statements for the
financial year period ending 31 December 2022.
