PENGUMUMAN

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (“ITMG”) pada tanggal 1
September 2023 tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Dividen Tunai Interim disampaikan bahwa sesuai
keputusan Direksi yang telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 01 September 2023, ITMG
menyampaikan rencana pembagian Dividen Tunai Interim untuk periode tahun buku 2023 yang akan
dibayar sebagai berikut:

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT ITMGDRCF4A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (“ITMG”) dated 1st
September 2023, related to Corporate Action – Interim Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Board
of Directors' decision approved by the Board of Commissioners on the date 1st September 2023, ITMG
had a plan for the distribution of Interim Dividends for the fiscal year 2023, which will be paid as follows:
