laporan keuangannya dikonsolidasikan dengan Perseroan, yaitu PT Bukit Lentera Sejahtera (BLS).
Persidangan ditunda sampai dengan tanggal 14 September 2023 karena Majelis Hakim masih menunggu BLS
mengadakan keputusan pemegang saham sehubungan dengan pengangkatan anggota Direksi BLS.

This PKPU is addressed to the subsidiary (of 60%) of PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (the Company) whose financial
reports are consolidated with the Company's, namely PT Bukit Lentera Sejahtera (BLS).
The Court Trial was postponed until September 14 2023 because the Panel of Judges is waiting for BLS to make a
shareholder decision regarding the appointment of members of the BLS Board of Directors.
