Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk pada Peraturan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia nomor I-E
tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi angka IV.2.11 dan
Pasal 6.3.20 Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan Sukuk Ijarah
Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap III Tahun 2020 Nomor 30
tanggal 18 September 2020 beserta perubahan-
perubahannya, melalui surat ini kami informasikan bahwa PT
Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk ( Emiten ) berencana untuk
melakukan pelunasan pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I
Moratelindo Tahap III Tahun 2020 seri A sebesar
Rp333.365.000.000 (tiga ratus tiga puluh tiga miliar tiga ratus
enam puluh lima juta Rupiah), yang mana akan jatuh tempo
pada tanggal 7 Oktober 2023 ( Sukuk III Seri A ). Adapun
kesiapan dana Emiten terkait dengan pelunasan Sukuk III Seri
A akan tersedia di rekening KSEI selambat-lambatnya pada
tanggal 5 Oktober 2023. Dalam hal Sukuk III Seri A telah
dilunasi maka kami akan menyampaikan Keterbukaan
Informasi sesuai dengan yang diamanatkan dalam Peraturan
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang
Keterbukaan Atas Informasi Atau Fakta Material oleh emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,

IDX, pada tanggal Laporan ini disampaikan formulir E029 sedang tidak dapat digunakan.

Description of Material Information or Referring to Regulation of the Indonesia Stock Exchange

number IV.2.11 and Article 6.3.20 of Shelf Registration Ijarah
Sukuk I Phase III Year 2020 Trustee Agreement Number 30
dated September 18, 2020 and its amendments, through this
letter we inform you that PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk
("The Issuer") plans to make repayments of the principal of
Moratelindo Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase III Year
2020 Series A in the amount of IDR 333,365,000,000 (three
hundred thirty three billion three hundred sixty five million
Rupiah), which will mature on October 7, 2023 ( Sukuk III
Series A ). As for the readiness of the Issuer's funds related to
the repayment of the Sukuk III Series A will be available in
KSEI's account no later than October 5, 2023. In terms of
Sukuk III Series A has been repaid, we will submit Information
Disclosure as mandated in Financial Services Authority
Regulation number 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of
Material Information or Facts by issuers or Public Companies.
