Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan ini kami menyampaikan bahwa Pembubaran Anak
Usaha PT Onix Investama yaitu PT Menteng Medika
Indonesia telah disetujui berdasarkan Keputusan Sirkuler Para
Pemegang Saham Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT Menteng Medika Indonesia.
Selanjutnya, Direktur PT Menteng Medika Indonesia akan
bertindak selaku likuidator dan karenanya likuidator wajib
melakukan pemberesan harta kekayaan PT Menteng Medika
Indonesia.
Sesuai dengan informasi yang telah disampaikan dalam
laporan tahunan Perseroan, PT Onix Investama telah
melakukan penutupan usaha per Juni 2020 dikarenakan telah
mengakhiri kerja sama dengan mitra usaha.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembubaran ini berdampak pada kelangsungan usaha
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan oleh karena PT Menteng Medika Indonesia adalah
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, salah satu sumber pendapatan utama Perseroan.

Lieu of An Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of
PT Menteng Medika Indonesia.
Furthermore, the Director of PT Menteng Medika Indonesia will
