PENUNJUKAN SENIOR SPECIALIST - MINERAL PROCESSING AND METALLURGICAL ENGINEERING
Grup dengan bangga mengumumkan penunjukan Ir. Wiku Padmonobo, FAusIMM, sebagai Senior
Specialist - Mineral Processing and Metallurgical Engineering, efektif mulai 1 Agustus 2023.
Ir. Wiku, adalah individu yang sudah bergerak di bidang sumber daya dengan pengalaman lebih dari
30 tahun. Beliau memiliki rekam jejak yang kuat yang mencakup Mining Development, Feasibility Study,
Due Diligence, kesesuaian terhadap the “JORC Code” (Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration
Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves), juga kesesuaian terhadap aturan Komite Cadangan
Mineral Indonesia (“KCMI”). Pengalaman lain adalah merancang program pengujian, start-up dan
commissioning, pertambangan rakyat skala kecil, daur ulang sumber daya sekunder dan sistem
manajemen mutu dan juga K3LH (“QHSE”).
Ir. Wiku, saat ini menjabat sebagai Ketua Divisi Metalurgi Persatuan Ahli Pertambangan Indonesia
(“PERHAPI”), Fellow Member AusIMM (“FAusIMM”), dan anggota Ikatan Ahli Geologi Indonesia (IAGI). Ia
juga mendukung beberapa organisasi pemerintah dalam pengembangan standar peraturan industri
pertambangan dan mendukung Program Pembangunan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (UNDP) untuk
program penambangan emas skala kecil.
Ir. Wiku telah mendukung berbagai proyek mineral dan batubara meliputi emas, timah, nikel dan kobalt,
tembaga, logam tanah jarang, logam dasar, bijih besi, pasir besi, bauksit, pasir zirkon, pengolahan
kembali sisa hasil proses, grafit, dan batubara. Keterlibatannya adalah dalam hal teknis dan operasional,
termasuk rekayasa disain, audit, pengujian, studi kelayakan, due diligence.
Ir. Wiku, saat ini menjabat sebagai Direktur Utama PT. Kalimasada Nusantara Pratama (“PT.KNP”), suatu
perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konsultasi, perlengkapan industri dan perdagangan logam.
Sebelum PT. KNP, Ir. Wiku memiliki berbagai pengalaman manajerial di bidang penambangan dan
pengolahan emas. Beliau pernah menjabat sebagai General Manager Operasi pada PT. Sumbawa
Jutaraya (grup ASTRA), Manajer Pengolahan PT. Kasongan Bumi Kencana, dan Manajer Metalurgi PT.
Geoservices. Ir. Wiku juga ditunjuk sebagai Direktur PT. Besiemas Persada Indonesia dan PT. Seruni Piampo
Persada.
Ir. Wiku, juga pernah memegang peran operasional lainnya di perusahaan internasional seperti PT.
Newmont Nusa Tenggara, PT. Karya Yasantara Cakti (ESAB) dan PT. BHP Steel Indonesia.
Ir. Wiku, merupakan lulusan Teknik Metalurgi dari Fakultas Tenologi Mineral, Institut Teknologi Bandung.
Selama bertahun-tahun, ia telah menerima pelatihan dan kualifikasi berikut:
• Fellow Member di Australasian Mining and Metallurgy (FAusImm)
• Kepala Teknik Tambang – disertifikasi oleh Departemen Sumber Daya Mineral dan Energi,
Indonesia
• ISO 9001, Sistem Manajemen Mutu, disertifikasi oleh IRCA – Inggris
• ISO 14001, Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan, disertifikasi oleh RABQSA, Australia
• ISO 19011, Assessor Perusahaan Jasa Pertambangan, disertifikasi oleh Sucofindo, Indonesia
• Paket Pelatihan K3LH dan Manajemen Risiko & Peluang – disertifikasi oleh PT. Newmont Nusa
Tenggara
• Master Assessor, Profesi Pertambangan – disertifikasi oleh BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi).

APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR SPECIALIST IN MINERAL PROCESSING AND METALLURGICAL ENGINEERING
The Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Ir. Wiku Padmonobo, FAusIMM, as Senior Specialist
in Mineral Processing and Metallurgical Engineering, effective from 1 August 2023.
Ir. Wiku, is a highly respected individual in the resource sector with over 30 years of experience. He has a
strong track record which includes mining development, feasibility studies, due diligence, compliance
review of Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (the
“JORC Code”) and Komite Cadangan Mineral Indonesia (“KCMI”), design of test programs, start-up and
commissioning, artisanal and small-scale mining, secondary resource recycling and Quality,
Occupational Health and Safety and the Environment (“QHSE”) management system.
Ir. Wiku, is currently the Metallurgy Division Head of the Indonesian Mining Professional Association
(“PERHAPI”), Fellow Member of AusIMM (“FAusIMM”), and member of Indonesian Geologist Association
(IAGI). He also supports several governmental organizations in the development of mining industry
regulatory standards and supports the United Nations Development (UNDP) Program for the artisanal
gold mining program.
Ir. Wiku has supported various mineral and coal projects covering gold, tin, nickel and cobalt, copper,
base metal, rare earth, iron ore, iron sand, bauxite, zircon sand, silica sand, graphite, and coal. His works
included beneficiation projects, design of test programs, due diligence, coating and cathodic
protection assessments, feasibility studies, metallurgy and process operational reviews, principal advisory,
processing capability reviews, process engineering designs and tailings studies.
Ir. Wiku, is currently the Managing Director of PT. Kalimasada Nusantara Pratama (“PT. KNP”), which is in
the business of consulting, industrial supplies and metals trading. Prior to PT. KNP, Ir. Wiku has various
managerial experience in gold mining and processing. He was the General Manager of Operations for
PT. Sumbawa Jutaraya (member of ASTRA), Processing Manager for PT. Kasongan Bumi Kencana, and
Metallurgy Manager for PT. Geoservices. Ir. Wiku has also been appointed as the Director of PT. Besiemas
Persada Indonesia and PT. Seruni Piampo Persada.
Ir. Wiku, has held other operational roles in international companies such as PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara,
PT. Inco Indonesia, PT. Karya Yasantara Cakti (ESAB), and PT. BHP Steel Indonesia.
Ir. Wiku, graduated with Metallurgical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology. Over the
years, he has received the following trainings and qualifications:

• Mine Safety and Environmental Technical Manager (Kepala Teknik Tambang) – certified by
Department of Mineral Resource and Energy, Indonesia
• ISO 9001, Quality Management System, certified by IRCA – UK

• ISO 19011, Assessor for Mining Service Company, certified by Sucofindo, Indonesia
• Risk & Opportunity Management Training Package – certified by PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara
