permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang
(PKPU) atas entitas anak perseroan yaitu PT Bailangu Capital
Investment (BCI) kepada Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta di Jakarta
Pusat, dan pendaftaran permohonan telah diterima pada
tanggal 2 Agustus 2023 oleh Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta Pusat
dengan perkara Nomor 238/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. untuk BCI sebagai Termohon
PKPU.
Pada tanggal 7 September 2023, majelis hakim mengabulkan
permohonan PKPU TTM terhadap BCI dan menetapkan status
dalam PKPU Sementara selama 43 hari.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang ini
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan belum berdampak langsung pada kegiatan operasional,
