                                                        area around LMAC, complete with
                                                        culinary attractions and a lineup of
                                                        popular food trucks, allowing visitors to
                                                        experience a memorable overnight stay in
                                                        an open area surrounded by a serene
                                                        atmosphere and spectacular natural
                                                        views. This way, the visitors can relish live
                                                        performances from music festivals and
                                                        other events at LMAC while enjoying its
                                                        breathtaking scenery.

In addition to LMAC, a number of Entertainment Hospitality projects being developed within the
MNC Lido City SEZ include:

   18-hole World Championship Standard Golf Course, Golf Club, and Private Clubhouses
    Targeted to start operation by the end of 2023, the 18-hole World Championship Standard Golf
    Course designed by Ernie Els spans an area of 83 hectares and is equipped with a luxury
    clubhouse designed by Oppenheim Architecture, private clubhouses, and various

   Lido Skyview Resort
    The additional 124 hotel rooms at the Lido Lake Resort area will be completed by the end of

    A. MNC Park
      The first world-class theme park in Indonesia, covering 47 hectares and equipped with
      advanced technology. It is divided into 6 thematic zones, with attractions, shows &
      performances, F&B outlets, retail outlets, multipurpose hall, and other facilities.
    B. Retail Dining & Entertainment (RD&E)
      An 8-hectare retail dining & entertainment area featuring the best local products to support
