L DANA BRATA LUHUR TBK 3. | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa berdasarkan Keputusan Material/Description of | Sirkuler Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Dewan Komisaris PT Dana Information or Material Fact Brata Luhur Tbk No. 005/DBL-KEPKOM/IX/2023 tanggal 5 September 2023, Dewan Komisaris telah menyetujui keputusan dan tindakan Direksi Perseroan sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Keputusan Sirkuler Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Direksi PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk No. 005/DBL-KEPDIR/IX/2023 pada hari Selasa, tanggal 5 September 2023, telah disetujui bahwa Perseroan akan membagikan dividen interim untuk tahun buku 2023 sebesar Rp.38.550.000.000,- (tiga puluh delapan miliar lima ratus lima puluh juta Rupiah) untuk 1.285.000.000 (satu miliar dua ratus delapan puluh lima juta) saham yang telah dikeluarkan Perseroan atau Rp.30,- (tiga puluh rupiah) per saham.
