rendah dibandingkan proyeksi, yang terutama
dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan realisasi pembayaran
beban keuangan dan biaya pinjaman serta penarikan
fasilitas pinjaman bank dibandingkan dengan asumsi
dalam proyeksi. Perbedaan tersebut terutama
berkaitan dengan realisasi pembayaran bunga secara
kumulatif yang lebih tinggi serta adanya pembayaran
biaya pencatatan saham yang belum di proyeksikan
sebelumnya. Selain faktor-faktor tersebut, realisasi
pos-pos lainnya secara umum masih sejalan dengan
target yang diproyeksikan.

The total asset value lower than projected mainly due
to lower cash and bank balances compared to the
projection, primarily caused by the difference in the
realization of finance and borrowing cost payments, as
well as the drawdown of bank loan facilities compared
to the assumptions used in the projection. These
difference mainly related to higher accumulative
interest payments and the payment of share listing
expenses that had not previously been included in the
projection. Apart from these factors, the realization of
other accounts was generally in line with the projected

targets.

Rugi sebelum pajak lebih tinggi sebesar AS$17 juta
dibandingkan proyeksi, terutama disebabkan oleh
peningkatan biaya umum dan administrasi sebesar
AS$7 juta, serta peningkatan biaya keuangan sebesar
AS$7 juta untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan
pengembangan bisnis Grup, di mana biaya keuangan
ini diproyeksikan sebagian besar dikapitalisasi
dalam proyek.

Loss before tax was higher US$17 million compared to
the projection, primarily cause by an increase in
general and administrative expenses of US$7 million
during the year, as well as an increase in finance
expenses of US$7 million to support the Group's growth
and business development, where such finance cost
were projected to be largely capitalized as part of the
project.
