Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Melalui Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Obligasi
Berkelanjutan III Waskita Karya Tahap II Tahun 2018 yang
telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 5 September 2023, para
pemegang obligasi telah memutuskan untuk menyetujui
usulan Perseroan untuk memberikan kelonggaran waktu atau
perbaikan atas tidak dipenuhinya kewajiban pembayaran
Bunga ke-20 dan/atau pelunasan pokok Obligasi Seri B, paling
lambat sampai dengan tanggal 15 Oktober 2023, tanpa
menghilangkan/menghapus kewajiban Perseroan untuk
membayar denda atas tidak dipenuhinya kewajiban
pembayaran Bunga ke-20 dan/atau pelunasan pokok Obligasi
sampai dengan tanggal Rapat Umum Pemegang Obligasi
Berkelanjutan III Waskita Karya Tahap II
Tahun 2018 tanggal 5 September 2023.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak dari kejadian ini adalah terdapat kelonggaran waktu
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pembayaran nilai pokok dan bunga ke-20 dari Obligasi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Berkelanjutan III Waskita Karya Tahap II Tahun 2018 sampai
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dengan tanggal 15 Oktober 2023 dimana Perseroan dapat
Perusahaan Publik melanjutkan proses peninjauan ulang skema Master
Restructuring Agreement (MRA) yang saat ini sedang
dijalankan oleh Perseroan untuk memastikan kelangsungan
kegiatan operasionalnya dan mengusahakan pemenuhan
kewajiban-kewajibannya dengan maksimal.

Facts Waskita Karya Shelf Registration Bonds III Phase II Year 2018
which was held on 5th September 2023, the bondholders have
decided to approve the Company's proposal to provide time
leeway or improvements for non-fulfillment of the 20th interest
payment obligation and/or repayment of the principal of the
Series B Bonds, no later than 15th October 2023, without
eliminating/removing the Company's obligation to pay fines for
non-fulfillment of the 20th interest payment obligation and/or
repayment of the principal of the Bonds until the date of the
General Meeting of Bondholders Waskita Karya Shelf
Registration Bonds III Phase II Year 2018 dated 5th
September 2023.
Impact of event, material information or There is a leeway for payment of the principal amount and the
facts towards Issuers or Public 20th interest of the Waskita Karya Shelf Registration Bonds III
Company’s operational activities, legal, Phase II Year 2018 until 15th October 2023 where the
financial condition, or going concern Company can continue the process of reviewing the Master
Restructuring Agreement (MRA) scheme which is currently
being carried out by the Company to ensure the continuity of
its operational activities and strive to fulfill its obligations to the
fullest.
