Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Melalui Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Obligasi
Berkelanjutan III Waskita Karya Tahap IV Tahun 2019 yang
telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 5 September 2023, para
pemegang obligasi telah memutuskan untuk menyetujui
usulan Perseroan untuk memberikan kelonggaran waktu atau
perbaikan atas tidak dipenuhinya kewajiban pembayaran
Bunga ke-15 dan/atau Bunga ke-16 dan/atau Bunga ke-17
Obligasi yang telah jatuh tempo pada 16 Agustus 2023, paling
lambat sampai dengan tanggal 15 Oktober 2023, tanpa
emnghilangkan / menghapus kewajiban Perseroan untuk
membayar denda atas tidak dipenuhinya kewajiban
pembayaran Bunga ke-15 dan/atau Bunga ke-16 dan/atau
Bunga ke-17 Obligasi sampai dengan tanggal Rapat Umum
Pemegang Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Waskita Karya Tahap IV
Tahun 2019 tanggal 5 September 2023.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak dari kejadian ini adalah terdapat kelonggaran waktu
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pembayaran Bunga ke-15 dan/atau Bunga ke-16 dan/atau
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Bunga ke-17 dari Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Waskita Karya
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Tahap IV Tahun 2019 sampai dengan tanggal 15 Oktober
Perusahaan Publik 2023, dimana Perseroan dapat melanjutkan proses peninjauan
ulang skema Master Restructuring Agreement (MRA) yang
saat ini sedang dijalankan oleh Perseroan untuk memastikan
kelangsungan kegiatan operasionalnya dan mengusahakan
pemenuhan kewajibankewajibannya dengan maksimal.

Description of Material Information or Through the Decision of the 2019 Bond Holders General
Facts Meeting Waskita Karya Shelf Registration Bonds III Phase IV
Year 2019 which was held on 5th September 2023, the bond
holders have decided to approve the Company's proposal to
provide leeway or corrections for non-fulfillment of the
obligation to pay the 15th Interest and/or 16th Interest and/or
17th Interest of Bonds which have matured on 16th August
2023, no later than 15th October 2023, without
eliminating/removing the Company's obligation to pay fines for
non-fulfillment of the obligation to pay the 15th Interest and/or
or 16th Interest and/or 17th Interest of Bonds until the date of
the 2019 General Meeting of Holders of Waskita Karya Shelf
Registration Bonds III Phase IV Year 2019 on 5 September
2023.
Impact of event, material information or There is a leeway for payment of the 15th Interest and/or 16th
facts towards Issuers or Public Interest and/or 17th Interest of the Waskita Karya Shelf
Company’s operational activities, legal, Registration Bonds III Phase IV Year 2019 until 15th October
financial condition, or going concern 2023, where the Company can continue the review process
regarding the Master Restructuring Agreement (MRA) scheme
that is currently being implemented by the Company to ensure
the sustainability of its operational activities and strive to fulfill
its obligations to the fullest.
