Ringkasan Eksekutif
Industri kelapa sawit pada 2025 menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks, mulai dari risiko iklim, mandat
biofuel yang agresif dan pengendalian ekspor, hingga implementasi EUDR dan dinamika tarif perdagangan global.
Perseroan mencatatkan pertumbuhan volume penjualan CPO 15% YoY dan PK 14% YoY, didukung oleh peningkatan
produktivitas dan optimalisasi OER serta KER.
Pendapatan Perseroan meningkat 34% YoY menjadi Rp 5.761 miliar, dengan EBITDA mencapai Rp 1.666 miliar atau
tumbuh 18% YoY, dan laba bersih sebesar Rp 379 miliar atau naik 39% YoY pada 2025.
Profitabilitas dan struktur permodalan Perseroan semakin membaik, tercermin dari ROE yang meningkat menjadi
13%, dan penurunan DER menjadi 2,6x serta peningkatan ICR menjadi 3,9x.
Perseroan memperoleh corporate rating idA-/Stable dari PEFINDO yang mencerminkan profil operasional dan
fleksibilitas keuangan yang solid.
Strategi 2026: Perseroan berfokus pada peningkatan produktivitas, digitalisasi dan mekanisasi, optimalisasi CAPEX,
kolaborasi dengan kebun plasma, dan penguatan ESG.

2000. Pada tanggal 27 Oktober 27 2009, saham EHP telah tercatat dan Crude Palm Oil (CPO)
diperdagangkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) dengan kode saham BWPT. Merupakan salah satu jenis minyak
