Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material IHSG ditutup di zona hijau pada perdagangan Senin
(28/8/2023) dengan ditutup menguat 0,38% ke posisi
6.921,73. Salah satu sektor yang menjadi penopang terbesar
IHSG yakni sektor energi sebesar 1,18%. Salah satu
perusahaan yang beroperasi di sektor energi adalah PT Ulima
Nitra Tbk, yang dikenal dengan kode emiten UNIQ. UNIQ
merupakan pelaku di industri jasa pertambangan dan layanan
sewa-menyewa peralatan pertambangan, dengan fokus utama
di area Sumatera Selatan. Pada semester 1-2023, UNIQ
berhasil mencatatkan peningkatan laba bersih sebesar Rp
18,8 miliar. Jumlah laba ini sudah mencapai 81% dari total
laba bersih tahun 2022. Melihat kinerja keuangan semester 1
itu kita sudah mencapai Rp 18,8 miliar yang dimana target kita
yang menargetkan Rp 30 miliar sampai akhir tahun ungkap

bersama Sucor Sekuritas (28/8/23). Peningkatkan laba bersih
serta revenue yang diperoleh UNIQ disebabkan oleh
keberhasilan melakukan efisiensi dan penekanan terhadap
salah satunya yaitu harga minyak solar industri dengan diskon
50% serta percepatan pembiayaan kepada vendor. Tak hanya
itu, UNIQ pun membuat peningkatan asset sebesar total Rp
700 Miliar pada tahun 2023. Betul sekali, kita melihat
perusahaan batu bara dimana ada peningkatan produksi
sehingga kita juga melakukan peningkatan aset-aset seperti
pembelian alat berat, eskavator, dll untuk menaikkan produksi
hingga meningkat lumayan signifikan di semester 1 dimana
mencatat kenaikan asset dan liabilitas juga ungkap Ulung
Wijaya. Sementara itu emiten UNIQ nyatanya mengalami
penurunan harga saham. Penurunan tersebut dikarenakan
oleh penghentian sementara perdagangan atau suspensi
saham yang mengakibatkan para investor khawatir. Di sisi lain,
UNIQ beroptimis untuk mencapai target Rp 500 miliar hingga
akhir tahun mendatang serta target bottom line sebesar Rp 30
miliar. Untuk bottom line salesnya kita targetkan di 500 Miliar.
Jadi kenaikannya kurang lebih 26% dibandingkan tahun 2022
ungkap Ulung Wijaya.

Facts closing up 0.38% to 6,921.73. One of the sectors that became
the biggest supporter of the JCI was the energy sector by
1.18%. One of the companies operating in the energy sector is
PT Ulima Nitra Tbk, known as the UNIQ issuer code. UNIQ is
a player in the mining service industry and mining equipment
leasing services, with a main focus in the South Sumatra area.
In semester 1 of 2023, UNIQ managed to record an increase
in net profit of IDR 18.8 billion. This total profit has reached
81% of the total net profit in 2022. Looking at the financial
performance in semester 1, we have reached IDR 18.8 billion,
which is our target of IDR 30 billion by the end of the year said

revenue earned by UNIQ was due to its success in
implementing efficiency and emphasizing one of them, namely
the price of industrial diesel oil with a 50% discount and
acceleration of financing to vendors. Not only that, UNIQ has
also made an increase in assets of a total of IDR 700 billion in
2023. That's right, we see coal companies where there is an
increase in production, so we also increase assets such as
purchasing heavy equipment, excavators, etc. to increase
production. until it increased quite significantly in semester 1
where it recorded an increase in assets and liabilities too said

decline in share prices. The decline was due to a temporary
halt in trading or suspension of shares which caused investors
to worry. On the other hand, UNIQ is optimistic to achieve a
target of IDR 500 billion by the end of next year and a bottom
line target of IDR 30 billion. For bottom line sales, we are
targeting 500 billion. So the increase is approximately 26%
compared to 2022 said Ulung Wijaya.
