Uraian — Informasi atau Fakta Material/ Details of information or other relevant Material Fact Majelis Hakim dalam Perkara telah membacakan putusan perkara pada sidang tanggal 31 Agustus 2023 dengan amar putusan di bawah ini: 1. Menolak permohonan pembatalan perdamaian Pemohon untuk seluruhnya. 2. Menghukum Pemohon untuk membayar biaya yang timbul dalam perkara ini sebesar Rp1.590.000. Dengan adanya putusan tersebut, maka Perseroan dinyatakan menang terhadap Perkara yang diajukan oleh para Pemohon (Greylag Goose Leasing 1410 Designated Activity Company & Greylag Goose Leasing 1446 Designated Activity Company). Panel of Judges in the Cases has read out the decision of the cases at the hearing on August 31, 2023 with the verdict as follow: 1. Reject the Applicant's reguest to annul the settlement in its entirety. 2. Sentencedthe Applicant to pay the costs incurred in this case amounting to IDR1,590,000. With this decision, the Company was declared win on the Cases submitted by the Applicants (Greylag Goose Leasing 1410 Designated Activity Company & Greylag Goose Leasing 1446 Designated Activity Company).
