Number of shares bought or sold and percentage of Share ownership subseguent to the transaction/ Jumlah saham yang dibeli atau dijual dan persentase kepemilikan saham sesudah transaksi Through the transaction in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 1,025,000,149 Series A Shares or representing 1.25”o of GPF”s share ownership in PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk were transferred as part of the GoTo Employee and Consultants Share Ownership Program. Melalui transaksi di Bursa Efek Indonesia telah mengalihkan 1.025.000.149 Saham Seri A atau sebesar 1,256 dari kepemilikan saham GPF di dalam PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk sebelum transaksi, sebagai bagian dari pelaksanaan Program Opsi Saham Karyawan dan Konsultan GoTo. Purchase or Sale Price per Shares/Harga Pembelian atau Penjualan Per Saham The transaction price is ranging from Rp. 2/- to Rp. 67/- per share. The shares are based on the exercise prices stated in each share options agreement with participants as mentioned in the GoTo's IPO Prospectus. Harga transaksi adalah berkisar antara Rp. 2,- sampai Rp. 67,- per saham. Harga tersebut merupakan harga pelaksanaan yang diatur dalam setiap perjanjian opsi saham dengan peserta sebagaimana telah disebutkan dalam Prospektus IPO GoTo. Transaction Date/Tanggal Transaksi Transactions carried out through the negotiated market on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 25 August 2023 to 1 September 2023. Transaksi dilaksanakan melalui pasar negosiasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak tanggal 25 Agustus 2023 sampai dengan 1 September 2023.
