3. Description of Information and Material Facts
a. In accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 30/POJK.04/2017 regarding
the Buyback of Shares Issued by Public Listed Company (“POJK 30/2017”), the Company hereby
informs the proposed transfer of buyback shares of 2,900,000 (two million and nine hundred thousand)
shares (“Treasury Shares”) by way of selling through the Indonesian Stock Exchange (“Exchange”)
and taking into account the requirements stipulated in POJK 30/2017.
b. The Company has appointed PT Harita Sekuritas as the Exchange Member to sell the Treasury Shares
on the Exchange, which will be started 14 (fourteen) days from the date of this Information Disclosure,
such as from September 15, 2023 to December 16, 2023.
