Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Adanya penurunan modal dasar, modal disetor dan
ditempatkan serta nominal saham pada entitas anak
Perseroan yaitu PT Sapbeverages Indonesia (SAP), dengan
rincian sebagai berikut:
- Untuk modal dasar SAP, dari semula Rp230.
000.000.000,- (dua ratus tiga puluh milyar) menjadi Rp23.
316.537.500,- (dua puluh tiga miliar tiga ratus enam belas juta
lima ratus tiga puluh tujuh ribu lima ratus Rupiah);
- Untuk modal disetor dan ditempatkan dalam SAP,
dari semula Rp57.500.000.000,- (lima puluh tujuh milyar lima
ratus juta Rupiah) menjadi Rp23.316.537.500,- (dua puluh
tiga miliar tiga ratus enam belas juta lima ratus tiga puluh tujuh
ribu lima ratus Rupiah); dan
- Untuk nominal saham SAP, dari semula Rp1.
000.000,- (satu juta Rupiah) menjadi Rp405.505,- (empat ratus
lima ribu lima ratus lima Rupiah).
Sehingga susunan pemegang saham SAP menjadi sebagai
berikut:
- PT Kemang Food Industries (entitas anak
Perseroan), sejumlah 57.465 (lima puluh tujuh ribu empat
ratus enam puluh lima) saham dengan nilai nominal
seluruhnya sebesar Rp23.302.344.825 (dua puluh tiga milyar
tiga ratus juta dua ratus delapan belas ribu enam ratus dua
puluh Rupiah); dan
- PT Supertrada Indonesia (afiliasi Perseroan),
sejumlah 35 (tiga puluh lima) saham dengan nilai nominal
seluruhnya sebesar Rp14.192.675 (empat belas juta seratus
sembilan puluh satu ribu tiga ratus delapan puluh Rupiah).
2. Adanya perubahan domisili dan alamat SAP, yang
semula di Kota Depok dengan alamat di Jl. Radar AURI No.
14, Kelurahan Mekarsari, Kecamatan Cimanggis, Kota Depok,
16452, menjadi berdomisili di Jakarta Selatan, dengan alamat
Equity Tower Lt. 29 Unit E, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 52-53,
Kelurahan Senayan, Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta
Selatan 12190.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Description of Material Information or 1. There was a decrease in authorized capital, paid-up and
Facts issued capital and nominal shares in the Company's
subsidiary, namely PT Sapbeverages Indonesia (SAP), with
the following details:
- For SAP's authorized capital, from Rp. 230,000,000,000 (two
hundred and thirty billion) to Rp. 23,316,537,500, - (twenty-
three billion, three hundred and sixteen million, five hundred
and thirty-seven thousand and five hundred Rupiah) ;
- For capital paid in and placed in SAP, from the original Rp.
57,500,000,000,- (fifty seven billion five hundred million
Rupiah) to Rp. 23,316,537,500, - (twenty three billion three
hundred and sixteen million five hundred and thirty seven
thousand five hundred Rupiah); And
- For the nominal value of SAP shares, from IDR 1,000,000
(one million Rupiah) to IDR 405,505 (four hundred five
thousand five hundred and five Rupiah).
So that the composition of SAP shareholders is as follows:
- PT Kemang Food Industries (a subsidiary of the Company), a
total of 57,465 (fifty seven thousand four hundred and sixty
five) shares with a total nominal value of Rp. 23,302,344,825
(twenty three billion three hundred million two hundred
eighteen thousand six hundred twenty Rupiah); And
- PT Supertrada Indonesia (affiliate of the Company), a total of
35 (thirty five) shares with a total nominal value of IDR
14,192,675 (fourteen million one hundred ninety one thousand
three hundred and eighty Rupiah).
2. There was a change in the domicile and address of SAP,
which was originally in Depok City with an address at Jl. Air
Force Radar No. 14, Mekarsari Village, Cimanggis District,
Depok City, 16452, became domiciled in South Jakarta, with
the address Equity Tower Lt. 29 Unit E, Jl. Gen. Sudirman
Kav. 52-53, Senayan Village, Kebayoran Baru District, South
Jakarta 12190.
