Istilah-istilah yang digunakan dalam keterbukaan informasi ini
memiliki arti sebagaimana diberikan dalam Keterbukaan
Informasi 19 Juni 2023.
Pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2023, Perseroan telah melakukan
pembelian kembali sebanyak 1.200.000 saham dengan nilai
saham sebesar Rp57.600.000.000. Laporan Hasil
Pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali Saham adalah sebagaimana
terlampir.
Melalui transaksi ini, Perseroan memiliki total sebanyak
64.950.500 saham treasuri.
Perseroan akan melakukan Pembelian Kembali Saham secara
bertahap selama Periode Pembelian Kembali Saham dan
akan melakukan keterbukaan informasi kembali dalam hal
Perseroan telah melaksanakan Pembelian Kembali Saham
tahap selanjutnya.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembelian Kembali Saham akan menyebabkan terjadinya
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pengalihan aset berupa kas menjadi saham treasuri dan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, peningkatan laba per saham Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or The Company refers to the Company's Information Disclosure
Facts No. 073/CSDSS-06/2023 dated June 19, 2023, and its
attachments ("Information Disclosure June 19, 2023"). The
terms used in this information disclosure have the meaning as
set out in the Information Disclosure June 19, 2023.
On August 31, 2023, the Company bought back 1,200,000
shares with the value of Rp57,600,000,000. The report on the
Result of the Implementation of Share Buyback is attached.
Through this transaction, the Company holds 64,950,500
treasury shares in total.
The Company will execute the Share Buyback in stages during
the Share Buyback Period and will announce another
information disclosure in the event that the Company has
executed the next stage of the Share Buyback.
Impact of event, material information or The Share Buyback will result in the transfer of assets in the
facts towards Issuers or Public form of cash to treasury shares and an increase in the
Company’s operational activities, legal, Company's earnings per share.
