W10.U1.4818.Ht.04.VIII.2023.IY perihal Panggilan Sidang
Perkara PKPU No: 263/Pdt.SusPKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst.
yang akan dilaksanakan pada 5 September 2023.
Gugatan PKPU tersebut adalah terkait pelunasan utang
sebesar Rp24 miliar dari PT Asri Kemasindo atas pekerjaan
subkontraktor pada proyek Perseroan.
Perseroan berkomitmen untuk selalu berpedoman kepada
prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) serta mematuhi
dan mengikuti segala proses hukum sesuai dengan ketentuan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku dengan itikad baik.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dapat kami sampaikan bahwa atas gugatan PKPU tersebut
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tidak berdampak pada kegiatan usaha Perseroan baik secara
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional maupun keuangan.

the Company's project.
